Message	on the balance bar and not the wall in the background. i totally agree that z1 has a lack of motivation and desire for excellence. i used to order from them all of the time. i started noticing a trend, especially when i showed up in house. needless to say, i have switched over to coz and have been more than satisfied with his customer service. i am actually excited to receive boxes from coz, as opposed to disappointed....which is half the battle.
